4. External Services

Our website uses Vercel for hosting and Notion for content management. If you use our Kyoto request form, we receive your information through Google Forms and manage it in our Notion reservation register and Google Drive processing records. We use Google Chat to notify the people handling your request, Google Calendar to manage appointments, and Gmail to communicate with you. Reservation information is handled by those who need it to respond and is not published on this website.

For Kumamoto online bookings, we link to Hot Pepper Gourmet. Please also refer to each provider’s privacy policy for how its service handles information.

We use Vercel Speed Insights to measure website performance. When we use website analytics, it is to understand usage and improve the website.
